News Feature: Improving Patient Outcomes with Social Networks During COVID-19
This week, Canadian Healthcare Technology published a feature story on Curatio's Stronger Together initiative in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, as part of the Digital Technology Supercluster project. The initiative combines remote monitoring technology with Curatio's private social network, keeping patients healthy and supported at home.
As we head into the sixth month of the COVID-19 crisis, the Stronger Together social network platform acts as an integral support system for high-risk patient groups, as social isolation continues to be a detriment to both physical and mental health.
Canadian Healthcare Technology interviewed Curatio’s CEO, Lynda Brown-Ganzert on the goals and objectives of the Stronger Together platform, which has been launched in partnership with a consortium of Canadian healthcare partners including Cloud DX, Age-Well, NCE, OnCall Health, Zu.com, Wellness Garage, Pacific Blue Cross, University of British Columbia, University Health Network and Simon Fraser University.
Together, the Stronger Together project enables healthcare and research organizations to reach their most vulnerable patients during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
