Curatio Launches Privacy and Regulatory Compliant Solution for In-Patient Support and Advanced Remote Monitoring During COVID-19

Stronger Together: Social Infrastructure for Community Health sets a new standard for in-patient support and advanced remote monitoring by offering healthcare organizations a single, interoperable solution to engage, educate and inform patients at scale

Vancouver, BC, June 25, 2020 -  As many start to celebrate a slow return to “normal”, Canadian digital health company Curatio, recognizes that for high-risk patient groups, social isolation will continue well into the summer months and beyond.

Through the combination of remote patient monitoring technology from Cloud DX and a private social network platform from Curatio, the Stronger Together: Social Infrastructure for Community Health project delivers an innovative, safe, and scalable solution to help vulnerable and isolated citizens get the support they need to stay healthy at home during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

With capabilities to integrate into existing patient support programs, the Stronger Together solution has been developed as an open platform, providing healthcare organizations and researchers the ability to set a new standard in telehealth, with the opportunity to build, share and monetize their evidence-based programs and service.

Leveraging AI, intelligent matchmaking and machine learning, Stronger Together connects patients to personalized support, evidence-based resources and an advanced, real-time health monitoring platform. Patients also have access to customized content focused on healthy living and mental support during COVID-19, live events, and Curatio Connects, a podcast series developed with content partners in social work, psychotherapy, health, medicine, kinesiology and counseling.

The Stronger Together app is now available for download on Android and iOS and currently offers support groups for seniors, caregivers, those living with a chronic or rare condition, those living with a disability, heart matters, Thalassemia, Multiple Sclerosis, expectant parents and those diagnosed with or at higher risk due to the challenges associated with COVID-19.

The platform is fully configurable and customizable to reflect the needs of any healthcare organization, patient population or initiative.

About the Stronger Together Project:

Patients have not been able to take part in face to face support and outpatient programs during COVID-19, leaving them isolated and alone. Hospitals, doctors and community organizations urgently need a new way to reach these patients. This project will combine a private social network that matches  patients to peers and programs with virtual monitoring technology service. This combined tool will feature evidence-based programs and supports designed to keep patients healthy at home while providing the healthcare system with a single, comprehensive solution.
